I really hope that this review will be read by Director. As an entrepreneur I imagine how much effort is invested in the development of their business. Not even having time to come to this restaurant has already received a dose of rudeness administrator... Called two days in a row administrator to send the menu for supper at a small company. Since our Agency is located in Kiev I have no way to come to the restaurant personally. On the first day the administrator was setting the battery, with the words "tomorrow we will send, turn off" put the phone down. The next day at 11am with a claim in a tone I had heard that the restaurant is open until late yesterday and an hour later I'll. Call at 17:00 that same evening I listened to already blatant rudeness, "I said, when released, and then type"... and beeps. In fact, it sounded like "what are you stuck with your dinner?"... Customer definitely going to talk to another restaurant. If such a service encounter is still at the negotiation stage, becomes afraid, what dare the waiters in this place??
