- 22 декабря 2015 Unfortunately,as of late our company has gathered to celebrate the corporate party that brought us hell in the school "To Kum".Who knew that the pic was such a mess,pardon the expression. Initially wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands and then I stratila of the stench and the dirt,soap in a dirty bar of soap,no toilet paper,the crane is so dirty that you won't want to! Salads are not fresh,stale chops with stuffing!just no words!I do not recommend anyone, ever!

An attempt was made to hold the event in this residence of Beelzebub.
The table was served food at the level of slop, what was missing was the maggots.
The restroom is, apparently, public. Even worse. The impression was, whether we look into the abyss, through which you can see North Korea.
We cheated, worse than on the supply, the good thing is that the pants did not.
You can say many things, but it's disgusting to even write about it.

- 24 декабря 2015 After visiting the places, you can say one thing - it is not recommended to visit to absolutely ANYONE, and save your health and nerves!
First of all, it is worth noting the high price policy of the institution and therefore the "kitchen" which is offered in return:
-salads meager portions with cheapest mayonnaise, undercooked and the cheapest crab sticks "with ATB around the corner";
-non-fried meat with cheap cheese which somehow reeks of stale margarine (incidentally servings of dishes in the end, not enough at all, although this doubtful pleasure was paid);
-Poltava dumplings in a strange mucus, where instead of meat some chicken skins (thanks though not rooster combs!).
The staff itself is absent - dirty dishes were not cleaned during the whole party, oilcloth on the tables faded and dirty.
For live music we have stripped 400 UAH, as a result, for the evening in 4 hours we have heard only one hit the rest of the time enjoyed the range of music that even in Soviet times, even our grandfathers and grandmothers danced.
Toilet is just the kind of trash and hell, sorry, but a shitty toilet bowl, the stench and the lack of toilet paper, does not adjusts to the separation from the local cuisine, which further exacerbates the condition of visitors.

Adequate assessment "institution": 0, this institution needs to be tested to the relevant and responsible services!
P/S.(About 5 people from our company were poisoned to varying degrees of complexity, after a visit to the institution!).

- 24 декабря 2015 At the entrance to the "restaurant" is "HANDEL" was surprised by the pleasant aroma originating somewhere from within, as it turned out it was the toilet. Of course at the entrance once you have created a negative impression (I almost slid down the slippery steps) straight to the area of the smell, the handrail holding was just disgusting. As it turned out, all I saw throughout the evening was getting increasingly frustrated with me, my friends and our mood. First of all caught my eye is covered with a Banquet, on the half-empty table, we could see a dirty tablecloth. When we all approached the salads and try them, then start as suddenly all get stuck in the teeth, and the taste of mayonnaise mixed with water just maddening! A little later, brought chops with cheese product with not javassist meat, which gave acidity (flavor not fresh pork). About dumplings and not even speech, when one of our employees got a bone to the teeth - it was a super feeling (don't want to chew bones - chew skins)-eat dumplings with bones and skins. The waiters covering the table to the astonishment heard all the disturbance sitting in the hall, maybe it's a usual thing so silent. In General, I can say that drinking in this place saved us from intestinal infections (some still suffered because he did not drink alcohol). And at the end of the evening all had to deal with that office smell, because, on the street, ashamed and cold. It seems to me that smell worse than there I never met. Why air freshener? Why wash the floor? Why wash walls and deal with odors??? I am now ashamed that I had to spend time in this awful place.... I believe that this school should be closed!!! Only grateful to the team for the mood!!!

- 29 декабря 2015 It so happened that the Christmas office party with colleagues, we had to celebrate in "the cafe" "To Kum", and of course the "cafe" is hard to call, more like a wagon train, the seats are near the toilet! The smell was overpowering!!! Menu - disgusting! Ordering 11 servings of fries, they brought us 4 small plates and said it's 11 servings.)) The salad was on a saucer the size of a fist, with expired mayonnaise and unpleasant smell! Chop (50 UAH/piece) - rubber, with the smell of rotten animal! For live music we paid 20 UAH/person, for two hours we spent there made only 4-and songs. To continue the evening we had another school!
The evening was spoiled! Several employee the next day went on as it was poor health (poisoning).
Guys, before you go in the cafe be sure to read the reviews!
In our city there is no place for such places!
Big request to close this gadyuchnik!!!

But there is the norm. Bodykit, stale food, sour beer, the stench and the dirt. For example, vodka with friends ordered a pickled herring, fruit platter and beer. In the end, brought five slices of still frozen herring, sour beer in some obscure glass where the floor is 0.3. (although ordered 0.5), and few slices of lemon with orange.
