Hotei sucks ,along with his staff!!! set ordered-in sushi 18:30,cooked for 15-20 minutes,as explained to us,the waiter brought them at 19:25! begs one question? why such a lackadaisical attitude towards his work?? the service is generally equal to zero on the tables...no one removes...for a cleaner with a rag comes in when people eat...it sucks!!!as the admin of this place touched a woman,which generally does not see any problems in anything!!!and on our complaints, why such a service,why so long,was surprised and face says it all,get out of here if you are not satisfied with...
Today I was in Kyoto the experience is horrible. 1. 4 waiters on duty, empty upper chamber , the lower half-empty. worn one after the other,the current is zero. Order waited about 10 minutes until picked up When I told the waiter that the food is heavily salted so looked like "what do you want smerds" 2 kitchen cooked quickly , but efficiently tori sarada, appearance has become much smaller and the seafood in it was.... you can't say it was Lee sang soup, very salty, gave ago did not even eat. Before was the best sushi bar in Poltava and went back to the holiday flavor. After today there is not a foot.
the Hotei good school, but the quality is not up to too high price, but if you consider the proposal in other sushi bars in Poltava , for example, Kyoto-bar is actually a mockery of Japanese cuisine, the quality hugee hard to imagine, Hotei is the school where you should try the sushi and the staff is one big plus!!
I Live in Kiev, but with Poltava....and tell me that the Kiev sushi bars to Hotei still grow and grow.......In Hotei all superovsky and the staff and service and of course the dishes are very tasty, and the prices are normal....I am madly in love...
